TRAIL CONDITIONS: Important Note:   There has been a change in the State Trail Riding regulations. It is now illegal to ride with a passenger on ATV's which are not specifically designed to carry passengers. The DCNR (PA Dept of Conservation and Natural Resources) will warn you until all of the signage is in place on state land. They will then fine any operators they catch carrying passengers on single rider ATV's. Allegheny National Forest Riders ~~ must be aware that riding is only permitted in designated blazed routes.
