- MDRA relies on its Events for revenue. Each Event
consists of approximately 12 hour minimum days.
- MDRA promotes 6-7 events per year: four (4) Indoor
Arena Cross’s, Jacktown Fair, Greene County Fair, and
Washington County Fair.
- Any Member or Members Family, who volunteers
a minimum of 6 hours consecutively for any one (1) event
will have one (1) chance for a year-end award. Any
Member or any Members Family who volunteers
a complete Event (start to finish) will have two (2)
chances for a year-end award. The more you volunteer
the more chances you will have to win!
- A sign-in & sign-out sheet will be maintained. On
this sheet, any Member or any Members Family who
volunteers must sign their name, indicate his/her
duty or duties, sign in time and upon completion of
their duty or duties each volunteer must sign
out. This is only to be done by the person doing the
volunteering. At this time any volunteer
who has completed a minimum of 6 hours will be reimbursed
his/her gate fee. Any Member or Members Family
who does not sign in or out will be exempt from any
credit for that Event.

- Volunteers would be Track Crew (construction &
maintenance), Registration, AMA Sign Up, District #5 Sign
Up, Flagmen, Referees, Scorers, Finish-line Flag Person,
Gate Persons, Concessions, etc. But not limited to.
(Volunteers of any kind).
- Any Member or Members Family who volunteers a
minimum of 6 hours consecutively for any one (1) event
will be refunded his/her gate fee. Refund to be
disbursed upon signing out.
- Year-end award prizes to be awarded at the MDRA Christmas
Party. This could be an eye-opener for the
NON-VOLUNTEERING MEMBERS who reap the benefits of
those who Volunteer to support the MDRA.
- Year-end award to be four (4) $125.00 gift certificates
(two (2) purchased from Barnhart Honda & Suzuki and
two (2) purchased from Morgantown Honda – Suzuki -
Yamaha – KTM).
- Any Member or any Members Family who
volunteers from start to finish at all seven (7)
events would have fourteen (14) chances at the year-end
awards.
